Pannebakker & Co is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. We ensure that your data is processed in a proper and careful manner in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Goal

The personal data obtained by us is used to provide services, to send offers and to ensure the full execution and compliance of contracts that are made with you. Optionally, the data is also used for sending commercial newsletters and newsletters to share knowledge. If you do not want to receive these newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

The collection, processing and use of personal data is only permitted if we have a legal basis for this. This may consist of a permission from you, a legal basis or it may result from the execution and/or compliance of a contract made with you.

Personal data and storage period

The personal data we collect and process is the minimum required data for the provision of our services and products. The data relates to the name of your company, the name, e-mail address and telephone number of contact person(s) as well as those data that are necessary for the execution and compliance of agreements concluded with you.

Your personal data will not be stored for longer than necessary. You also have the right to have your data deleted. We do have to comply with regulations regarding the minimal storage term of transaction data, which is 7 years.

Provision to third parties

We only disclose personal data with third parties if this results from the execution and compliance of contracts that are made with you, if you have explicitly granted permission, or if the law obliges us to do so.

Our website only makes use of technical and functional cookies to optimize user experience (such as remembering your preferential settings). We also use Google Analytics, but we ensured that no data is sent to Google for additional Google-services.

Your rights

At any time, you have the right to request your personal data that we keep. If the data has changed or is incorrect, we will adjust according to your instructions. As mentioned earlier, you als have the right to have your data removed by us. I f you suspect that we haven’t handled your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint at the Dutch Data Protection Agency (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
